He is primarily responsible for the spread of awareness and treatment of OSA in the ENT fraternity of India and was elected as the FOUNDER PRESIDENT of IASSA.

He has various national and international papers to his credit. He has achieved academic excellence AND at a very young age, he has been INVITED as a GUEST SPEAKER & FACULTY at many conferences and workshops across INDIA and OVERSEAS:
He is a keen academician and enthusiastic teacher and travels all across the world in pursuit of his learning and teaching experiences. He has formed a team with people in Germany, USA, & Far east for the propagation and development of the science of Sleep apnea surgery and treatment of snoring.
His own set up at camp in Pune is totally equipped for all ENT work and diagnostics, including hearing & voice related disorders & is equipped with the state-of-the-art equipment.
