As a pulmonologist I guide many young people with their chronic lung disease, asthma and cystic fibrosis, which limit them to varying degrees. The challenge for me lies in finding the best treatment together with the patient and being able to quickly apply new developments. For this optimal care and associated scientific research, we work in multidisciplinary teams. This teamwork is very stimulating and motivating with each other and towards the patients.
